Special Sensors

Electronic Switches offers special sensors with separate amplifier for specific application. These are: blow room switch ? it is used to control blow room operation; models ranging from 200 mtr to 5mtr are available; silver break detection ? this is used to detect silver breakage; models ranging from 2 mtr to 10 mtr are available; hopper level controller ? it is used to detect and control hopper level for free flowing material; output relay gets On when material level goes below lower level and gets Off when it reaches upper level; models ranging from 2 mtr to 10 mtr are available; extended head sensors ? these are used in applications of area and mounting constraint. In this type only the sensing part extends out; the length of extended part is 25 mm and is available in M6, M8 and M12 housings; and extended head sensors are available in diffuse type as well as in through beam type; anti crane collision switch ? anti-crane collision switch is based on infra-red principle. These are used for safety application to prevent the accidents due to collision of overhead cranes approaching each other on one rail. Models with range 3 mtr and 1mtr are available. The power supply to all these sensors is 230 V AC, and output ? potential free contacts (NC-C-NO). Features: separate amplifier type adjustable On delay time and Off delay time up to 10 sec.
