Immersible Transducer

Electrosonic Industries offers Immersible Transducers. These ultrasonic generators make use of solid-state technology for the ultrasonic generator and PZT transducers for converting the electrical energy to mechanical vibrations in the cleaning liquid. These are mounted in SS304/SS316/titanium enclosure to ensure acid resistance and longer life. The tailor made mounting arrangement is provided to fit in the existing cleaning bath. They can be mounted at the bottom or on sides as the application demands. The enclosures are sealed and made airtight. The assembly is called immersible transducer. These transducers are immersed in the cleaning bath with cleaning solution. These are in modular form of 250/500 W, etc. for ease of operation and flexibility. These transducers are fed with ultrasonic generator with suitable power modules. The ultrasonic energy thus converted creates cavitations in the cleaning liquid and when the cavities implode the cleaning is effected on the articles immersed in the cleaning liquid. Suitable cleaning agent is used depending on the contamination and the material to be cleaned.
