Electronics Switches offers a wide range of infra-red photoelectric slot sensors for various applications. This unit is built-in amplifier type, having infra-red emitter, receiver and amplifier in a robust die-cast ABS plastic housing. Models are available with different slot widths of 3 mm, 5 mm, 20 mm and 50 mm. Also models are available with different slot depths 8 mm, 10 mm, 45 mm. Required supply voltage is 10 to 24 V DC. Models are available with PNP or NPN output with normally open/normally closed logic selection. Short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection are provided. All solid-state construction gives a long maintenance free life. Custom-built slot sensors having different dimensions are also available. These switches have wide application in non-contact sensing, switching, controlling and regulating in various processes, plant, machines, machine tools, etc, for automation and control.
