Capacitive Sensors

Annpab Technologies offers Capacitive Sensors. These sensors extensively use integrated circuits and SMD components offering great consistency and reliability. They come with polarity reversal and pulsed short circuit protection, that tests the output continuously and disables it until the short circuit or overload is removed. These sensors are available in threaded nickel plated brass barrels or plastic barrels and are fully sealed to prevent ingress of moisture. Nominal sensing distance for an 18 mm dia sensor is around 20 mm and can be adjusted with the distance/gain trim-pot. Sensors being sensitive to most types of materials find applications in sensing min/max level of liquids, powders, granules, etc., in silos and containers. They are also used in sensing or counting metallic or non-metallic objects. Thus they find wide acceptance in pharma/food processing/chemical industries.
