Missing cap detection system

Electronic Switches (I), in Nashik, has developed a missing cap detection system specially designed for bottle filling machines. Here every bottle is checked automatically and in case bottle is detected without cap, the machine stops immediately. The system consists of two sensors and a control unit. One sensor senses the bottle and the other sensor senses the cap from top. Logical output is achieved in such a way that when the cap is not present the machine stops automatically. The control unit offers a relay output, which is used to stop the machine. With the help of this system, no bottle is passed on the conveyor without pre-checking. This will help in clean and safe operation at the working place. "No Cap, No Bottle Pass" is the slogan of this system. This system is very useful for the pharmaceutical industry, food and beverages industry and chemical industry where bottle filling is an essential process.
