Asia Automation offers CNC For Shearing Machines. It is a high-speed engine microprocessor based controller with 20-character x 4 rows of LCD HMI for ease of programming. It controls the back gauge with rotary encoder position feedback for high precision. It has interface for servo drives as well as two-speed induction motor with clutch and brake arrangement to meet different customer requirements. It has all the standards features of programming like multiple step, step repeat count, product counter, inch/mm selection, retract setting, position correction, auxiliary inputs and outputs for peripheral machine/line interface, rake angle read out and control. This controller is ideal for OE requirements as well as retrofit on shearing machines, press brake back gauge automation. The other products for sheet metal industry are: CNC for press brakes; CNC for cut-to-length lines; decoiler-straightener-loop pit-cut to length-stamping/ punching-recoiler/ stacker; and CNC for band saw machines.
