Asia Automation offers plant monitoring system for data acquisition of various machines on plant and to identify the productivity and operator efficiency at a glance. The detailed down time analysis allows greater asset utilisation.
- On line data capture and monitoring: cycle time and idle time; production count - shift wise; ANDON display (optional); number of machines running; number of machines idle; number of machines idle for more than tolerance limit
- Provides the data format to interface the logged data with SAP/ERP; captures cycle data directly from machines and stores in central database
- Interfaces to any type of machine; keyboard display for online reason code selection; communicates on RS485 network (LAN/wireless – optional).
