Weighing Controller with MODBUS

Weightronix Controls offers a weighing controller with MODBUS, Model DWI-2005. This is a next generation process indicator with red LED display, and is powered using a 24 V DC power supply. The indicator is ideal for applications like tank weighing, batching, dozing, filling, bagging applications as it has a MODBUS RTU output which can be used to connect the indicator directly to any existing PLC or DCS system. Features: compact DIN size body; IP-65 splash proof front panel; high performance A/D: 0.12??VD input sensitivity, 120 (max) times/sec conversion rate and -0.1 mV/V ~ 4.0 mV/V AD measuring range; flexible calibration procedures ? 2 points or 5 points linearity calibration applicable and directly key in and memorise the voltage value (mV/V) for the maintenance; and adjustable filter to prevent vibration of environment. Options: 16-bit analogue current/voltage 4-20 mA/0-10 V output; BCD parallel output interface; control I/O ? 8 in/8 out; RS-232/422 output; and relay output.
