Weightronix Controls offers a belt weigh indicator with PID, Model WF-805BC. This is a weighing controller developed for belt scale. Raw materials weight can be weighed while being transferred on belt conveyors. It can display feed rate, total weight, density, speed, load ratio, etc. In addition flow can be controlled by setting the target value. Various parameters are displayed in bar-graph or waveform, like: belt speed (m/min)/weight density (kg/m)/feed rate (kg/h, t/h)/load ratio (%)/feed ratio (%), etc.
