EDM Control

Jasjit Machinery Corporation offers Spark controller/ micro-controller based EDM (electric discharge machine) logic control. The product provides high reliability; very low break down rate; high performance in machining; good surface finish on actual job; and low power consumption. Machine tool is of compact and rigid design. The machine base is with honeycomb structure with hardened and ground lead screws. It has depth setting instruments of Mitutoyo make and an operator friendly drain system. Standard accessories: axis corrector with third axis alignment; Vee holder for square and round shank; flush aid; rushing pot; and small electrode holder.
