Jasjit Machinery Corporation offers Digital read-outs manufactured by Kirloskar Electric. DRO technologies have geared the machines for higher rate of production and precision. The micro-processor is based on SMT DRO is available in programmable version. Apart from the Pioneer counter, the DRO package consists of sophisticated linear transducers. The linear transducers can be either steel scale version or high precision rack and encoder version. The resolutions offered are 1 and 5 microns. The maximum measurable length is up to 100 mtrs. The DROs are offered with up-to-date features like self-diagnostic, inch/metric conversion, machine data, programme memory, machine error compensation, RS 232C interface, etc. The DROs are available for single and multi axis measuring applications; they meet the needs of milling, drilling, jig boring, turning, grinding and other special purpose machines.
