Luthra Hydro Pneumatic Industries offer Guided Pneumatic Cylinders. It is compact and can be directly mounted on any standard ISO6431 dimension pneumatic cylinder (bore size: 32-100 mm diameter). The guides available are in H shape and have been designed keeping in mind the possibility of extreme deflection of the piston rod during operation. The guides have inbuilt linear guide bearings for smooth movement during operation. Guide shafts used are EN9 material hence the ability to withstand extreme loads without any damage to the external surface. An in-built self-aligning system ensures the piston rod does not deflect in the event of an extreme unprecedented load on the guide during operation. .
