Air Cylinder

New from Bimba, Square Flat-II is a non-rotating, space-saving air cylinder. Non-rotation is achieved with dual pistons and a rod end block that ensures the rods work in tandem. Square Flat II eliminates the need for external alignment devices and is a convenient alternative for horizontal and side mounting, with provisions for both bottom flush and face mounting. When mounted side by side, Square Flat-II minimises the centreline distance. The Square Flat-II is available in four bore sizes, 3/4"to 2", and a wide range of stroke lengths. Standard options include pivot mount, Viton and low friction seals, extra rod extensions and magnetic position sensing with Hall effect switches. Cylinders can also be custom-designed for specific application needs.
