Monex Engineering Works is a manufacturer of high-quality, high-pressure Hydraulic Test Pressure Pumps. These are used by chemicals/petroleum plants, heavy plant fabricators/boilers, hose manufacturers and pipeline/erection contractors. The company offers pneumatically operated Hydro Test Pressure Pump. This can be used to test up to 1000 kg/cm² pressure. It is easy to operate - just connect air and water inlet to the pump. The pump requires only 5.5 kg/cm² air pressure, which is available at almost every user's premises. The pump is portable and much light in weight so it is easy to carry from one place to another. It comprises reciprocating air motor, 4-way direction control valve with pilot operated valves, air filter, air pressure regulator, lubricator pump (SS), outlet valve (SS), by-pass valve (SS), suction strainer, hydraulic and air pressure gauge. The unit is mounted on base frame for portability. The company has also specially developed hydrostatic stretch testing high pressure pump for compressed gas cylinders as per IS 5844.
