Suitable to test pressure up to 700 kg/cm², the complete unit comprises of one high pressure reciprocating pump with suitable electric motor, V-pulleys and belt reduction drive along with water storage tank and control panel comprising of pressure relief valve, by-pass valve, pressure gauge protection valve, outlet valve, unloading valve and calibrated pressure gauge with high pressure seamless tubings. It is mounted on trolley for portability. Pneumatically operated hydro test pump up to 1000 bar are also offered. These pumps are suitable for fire extinguisher/chemical/petroleum plants, heavy plant fabricators/boiler and hose manufacturers and pipeline/erection contractors. A control panel makes the unit very user friendly. The company has also specially developed Hydrostatic stretch testing high pressure pump for Compressed Gas Cylinders as per IS 5844.
