Premier India Agencies is the sole distributor for industrial customers in India for hydraulic tools and systems manufactured by Lukas GmbH, Germany. The traditional Lukas Hydraulic Tools range – hydraulic cylinders made from light metal, steel or stainless steel as well as motor pumps and accessories – has grown continuously over the years. Lukas hydraulic equipment is produced by highly qualified and experienced staff at the modern factory in Erlangen. The company’s machines are upgraded at regular intervals to ensure the cost-efficient production of the high precision equipment. Working with hydraulic tools: 1. Operating pressure – the oil pressure to extend the cylinders is produced by Lukas hand or motor pumps. The oil pressure should be not more than the operating pressure of cylinders, hoses and connection parts. All components of Lukas 500 bar und 700 bar program are designed for the max operating pressure. 2. Piston stroke – the piston stroke is as long as the retraction or extension distance of the cylinder piston. 3. Required oil quantity – the required oil quantity can be calculated by the multiplication of the area of the piston and the piston stroke. The usable oil quantity of the oil tank shall be 20% higher than the required oil quantity of the cylinder(s) in use. 4. Force of cylinder – the force can be calculated by multiplication of the effective area of the piston and the operating pressure. 5. Lifting and lowering of load – the force of the cylinder must exceed the weight of the load. The force of cylinders can be welded to a total for lifting a load. For simultaneous lifting and lowering of a load with 2 cylinders we recommend the 2-way distributor valve.
