Hydraulic Truck Unloader

Carter Hydraulic Power offers a Hydraulic Truck Unloader. This is a swift and economical material unloading system, which can cut down unloading cost and time drastically. It can be used with all types of trucks/trailers and is an ideal system for unloading any free flowing material such as coal, dolomite, gypsum, limestone, bauxite, phosphate, iron ore, slag, salt, oil seeds, sugarcane, bagasse, chemicals, etc. Salient features: tilting angle up to 55º, remote control operation possible, operational cycle time only 4 to 5 minutes (including clamping/declamping/adjustment), automatic sound-alarm system when the equipment is in operation, heavy-duty cylinders manufactured to international standards, emergency lowering system of top platform in case of power failure, guide rails to prevent misalignment of truck on platform. The main components of the loader are: base frame, tilting platform or top frame, heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and power pack. Push button switches for all hydraulic operations are placed on the control box. The control box can be placed at any convenient location for better visibility of the operator. All the critical hydraulic and electrical components are totally enclosed in a protective cover. A heavy-duty centralised greasing system with hand pump and shuttle valves is provided for easy maintenance to prolong the life of moving components. The cost of operation as well as maintenance of the equipment is very low.
