Hydraulic Tilting Mechanism offered allows tilting of entire top through a simple hand crank and can also be operated with innumerable tilt adjustments of up to 35 degrees. The Hydraulic Tilting Mechanism comprises double acting piston assembly which assists in reducing frame to a point on infant bed remote from axis about which bed is tilt-able. Further, each chamber aids in removing hydraulic fluid where a closed circuit joins parts so that fluid normally can move from one chamber to next, leading to piston traveling within cylinder to move the tilt of pipe from horizontal to vertical position.
