Hydraulic Pipe Bender

Instrumentation & Controls offers Hydraulic Pipe Bender, a basic tool for the plumbers, electrical contractors, pipeline layers etc. It consists of a cylinder ram to push the die (former) gripping the pipe between itself and other two guide rolls. As the die moves ahead by the hydraulic pressure exerted by the cylinder with an integral hand pump or a motorised pump, the pipe bends to take the shape of elbow, `U', etc, as required by the controlling motion of the cylinder. The cylinder is removable and can be used as puller or pusher too, when the pump is used separately (available on specific order). The bender is available in various ranges for bending pipes from &189;"to 6"dia, for solid pipes (schedule A, B and C) of steel, aluminium or thin-walled pipes, EMT conduits or copper and brass tubes.
