Indo Tech Industries (I) Pvt Ltd offers an automatic Bandsaw Machine with Hydraulic Shuttle Table.High efficiency power transmission through helical gearbox; double acting hydraulic cylinder for main vice and shuttle vice; state-of-the-art heavy-duty pillar type hydraulic blade tension assembly; hydro-mechanical sensor for sensing hard layers and controlling the feed within range; infinitely variable feed control valve for setting the cutting rate; step pulley with V-belts; rapid approach of saw frame to save idle time (optional in 210 model); friction type rotating cleaning wire brush; auto indexing shuttle with stroke length of 600 mm and synchronised with auto cycle (for 210 mm model stroke length is 300 mm); adjustable dovetail type heavy-duty movable blade guide; specially designed fixed blade guide with internal coolant flow for better cooling and lubrication of blade as well as improved life of carbide wear plates; door mounted hydraulic power pack for easy maintenance; ergonomically designed electrical control panel; lubrication system by hand operated pump for main columns; cycle sequencing through PLC; length setting through digital Siko meter (optional in 210 Model); and rubber bellows for column protection; automatic machine switch off, in case of blade breakage. Optional features: highly precise length setting through servo system; accurate variable down feed through proportional valve; hydraulic bundle cutting attachment; electrically driven swarf conveyor; automatic lubrication system for main columns; recommended spares; powerised wire brush unit (cost of friction wire brush adjusted); AC frequency control drive for infinite variation of band speed through control panel (suitable ratings saw motor shall be used in place of standard motor) (cost adjusted for standard motor/standard pulley set); roller support stand one meter long with vertical guide rolls; micromist coolant arrangement; blade tension meter for periodic checking of blade tension for optimum tool life; and electronically controlled cutting deflection sensor for minimum taper and precise cut.
