Ace Gas Analysers offers a Combustion Efficiency Monitor/Stack Gas Analyser. The Ace Minicem/Maxicem models are hand-held gas analysers for measuring the combustion efficiencies of boilers, ovens, etc. The units use the latest microcontroller technology. They display the O2, stack temperature and give derived values of CO2 and combustion efficiency. The Maxicem models have optional gases such as CO, SO2, NO hydrocarbons. The units are programmed for various fuels such as LDO, HSD, LSHS, FO, natural gas, coal, bagasse, etc. They can also be programmed for non-standard fuels. The sampling system consists of a handy SS 316 probe suitable for temperatures up to 600 degree celsius and filter for stack gas particulate matter and moisture. The units have the capability of storing and recalling 60 sets of readings and the same can be interfaced with a computer through a RS 232 port. The models are battery-operated, operated low cost user-friendly analysers. These are also rugged tools, which find applications in various process industries, energy audits and environmental monitoring.
