Ace Gas Analysers offers an Online Stack Gas Analyser, Model Ace 10000, which is an on-line sampling type analyser developed specifically to meet CPCB norms for waste incinerators and other combustion processes. The analyser measures opacity, O2, CO, SO2, NO, HCL as per norms specified by CPCB. The probe unit is mounted close to the stack and the samples taken at fixed intervals and transmitted through RS 232/RS 485 interphase to computer. The sampling system consists of a rugged diaphragm pump, moisture condenser, particulate and moisture filters. The sampling line is periodically back-purged with compressed air through a set of solenoid valves. The readings are shown in graphical and tabular form on the computer previous stored reading. Reading in the previous six months can also be viewed. The analyser finds application in various process applications such as incinerators, furnaces and boilers.
