- This product measures the presence of hydrocarbon gases present in the monitored environment. The SGOES is configured to report alarms when the gas concentration in the environment reaches the two independently programmable levels, expressed as a percentage of the lower explosive limit (LEL) in air.
- The unique feature of the SGOES is the LCD indication block which comes as standard.
- It gives the reading of the gas concentration and displays it on the LCD indicator. Integrated HART-communicator port allows to provide diagnostics and control of specific options and operability of the detector.
- The prouct consumes less power and has an open path optical sensor with no physical contact between sensor and environment. It also has a versatile indoor/outdoor installation. Digital analog and relay outputs are used for alarm and fault indications and resistance to vibration ensures reliability and durability. Heated optics prevent accumulation of snow, ice and condensation. The product operates effectively in fog and high humidity and its wide operating temperature range provides flexibility and reliability, high sensitivity to all hydrocarbon gases/vapours for maximum property protection and personal safety. IR optical path obstruction monitoring (dust, paint etc.) provides maintenance alerts.
