Metal Wires & Spray Guns For Coating

Synco Industries provides solutions for spraying any metal over any metal surface in order to improve properties of the base metal. Proper analysis is carried out for required properties to be enhanced in base surface and then proper metal wire having such properties is selected to be sprayed with the help of Synco manufactured metalising system using arc spray gun or flame spray gun. The process and technology can be used for following purposes using different types of metal wires: corrosion resistance; oxidation resistance; abrasion resistance; wear resistance; bond coat, i.e., on rings, gears, clutches; bearing reclaimation; to withstand high temperatures; anti friction coating; conductive coating; and for increasing the life of parts by improving the part’s surface properties. The company has all types of wires in its product range as mentioned below: pure zinc wire; SS 420; SS 316 L; SS 80; aluminium wire; copper wire; pure tin wire; Ni Al 95/5; molybdenum wire; monel 400; and babbit wire.
