Synco Industries Limited offers Synborcanoâ„¢ boron carbide ultra light weight Nozzles are most long lasting when used for firing abrasive blasting media like aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, steel shots/grit, glass beads, etc. A durable aluminium outer jacket, with integral 50 mm contractor thread, forms the body of the nozzle. Pressure blasting series Synborcanoâ„¢ nozzles not only utilise the same fine 19 mm (3/4â€) thread as the short series nozzles, but also feature a longer, venturi style design. Being a venturi type nozzle, the medium series nozzles provide much higher abrasive velocities than straight bore nozzles along with wider blast patterns. These features ensure much faster cleaning rates, while allowing the medium series nozzles to be used with smaller capacity blast pots, using only 12.5mm (1/2â€) blast hose. The Synborcano suction/wet blasting series boron carbide nozzles have inner liner and an aluminium outer sleeve, incorporating a 3/4" (19mm) straight thread, for connection to the nozzle holder. These blast nozzles may also be utilized for spot blasting small areas or weld seams if the blast pattern from a venturi nozzle would be inappropriate and wasteful due to its size. Synco also supplies customized long shank, micro and angular nozzles in the best grades of tungsten carbide.
