Wire drawing machine - copper/aluminium

Nagpur Krishma Machine Tools offers Bull Block machine. The product is suitable to reduce the size of the copper/aluminium rod in conductor manufacturing and winding wire industries. The machine usually consists of 3 units: Pay-Off - single ended type with brake arrangement to suit 750 mm flange dia bobbin. Main machine - body of the machine made of cast iron, thoroughly compact and leak proof, water-cooling arrangement inside the drawing drum. Phosphor bronze worm wheel with high carbon axle steel worm will be provided for long life. The drawing drum is made from special graded cast iron, machined and ground finished. The drawing die box is made of cast iron and steel die nut fittings. The third unit, Take-Up/Spooler with Traversing, is suitable to take the load of 450 kg of copper wires and the traversing arrangement will be of roll ring type.
