The Programmable/CNC Toroidal Winding Machine is microprocessor based provided with unbeatable features like 95 program memory, programmable individual soft start and soft stop for both loading and winding to avoid wire breakage, continuous display of all parameters on LCD while loading and winding is in progress, having menu driven programming such as run, add, modify, copy, delete, list with 40X2 LCD. Also having the facilities of counting loading wire in step of 0.1 metre and winding in step of one turn. Various winding type like continuous, tapping, and progressive can be performed. Various parameters to be programmed are program number, loading length, loading acceleration, loading deceleration, total turns, direction of core, winding acceleration, winding deceleration, winding speed, etc. It is capable for winding from 30 to 45 SWG with 6 mm finished ID and 60 mm OD with programmable speed up to 1500 RPM.
