This HV winding machine comes with 95 program storage capacity having features like soft start/stop, variable speed control with jogging, layer stop facility for inter layer insulation, online wire guide tracking and inching along with online modification facility for pitch, winding width and much more. Various options for tensioner units are available depending on the payoff spool size and wire size. These machines serve extensive applications for HV coils of distribution transformers, welding transformers and power conditioning transformers.
