Programmable Winding Machine

The Programmable Winding Machine is used for linear and toroidal coil winding. The various standard models are available to cover the wire size from 8 to 50 SWG, winding length up to 500 mm and coil diameter up to 500 mm. This machine is microprocessor controlled and has an accuracy of 0.05 turns at the speed of 9000 rpm. The start-up time with menu-driven program makes this fast and easy with 95 program memory and facility to modify the parameters during winding process. All the models have LCD display with programmable parameters like soft start, soft stop, winding start position, winding width, speed, direction of winding, winding turns and many more to wind simple relay coil to complex coils.
