Coil Winding Machine

Mach Hydraulics & Equipments offers Mach hydraulic make medium duty coil winding machine, Model CWML-90. This is used for winding coils of instrument transformers/potential transformers of maximum ? 915 x length 1200 with interlayer papers. The machine will include wire unreeling and tensioning equipment, wire guide, paper unreeling and tensioning device, paper drying chamber, foot switch with efficient braking device and electric control panel, etc. The machine will have automatic feed and traverse system, i.e., direction of lead screw will be reversed automatically at the end of each layer to a preset position thereby and capable of close winding in both directions. The paper-drying chamber is capable of maintaining a uniform temperature of 100?C with facility for temperature regulation/control. The main spindle will have a faceplate of 450 mm diameter with 4 slots at 90? to each other to suit M16 dia bolts. The spindle speed is 0-200 and 0-400 RPM, infinitely variable. Two 5-digit zero reset revolution counters, one for layer turn counting and other for total turn counting is fitted.
