CNC Winding Machine For LV Coils

Acme Electronics offers a programmable/CNC LV Coil Winding Machine, Model AEF-01, to cover a wire strip sizes up to 15 x 5 mm and wire sizes up to 5.00 mm with axial length up to 500 mm and coil diameter up to 700 mm. This LV winding machine comes with 95 program storage capacity having features like soft start/stop, variable speed control with jogging, layer stop facility for inter layer insulation with online wire guide tracking and inching along with online modification facility for pitch, winding width and much more. Various options are available like pneumatic pressure system to achieve dimensions of coil within tolerance, adjustable tensioner unit for pay-off spools weighing up to 100 kg and wire guide for wires and strips for different sizes. These machines serve extensive applications for LV coils of distribution transformers, welding transformers and power conditioning transformers.
