CNC Winding Machine

ACME Electronics offers a microprocessor based programmable floor type winding machine, Model AEF-01, in extra heavy category to wind coils having wire up to 7 SWG and strip up to 6.5 mm with maximum coil length up to 450 mm and coil diameter up to 500 mm. The machine can handle coils weighing up to 30 kg. This machine has menu driven programming with 95-program memory and facility to modify parameters during winding operation for easy and fast start-up time. Some of the programmable parameters are wire diameter, winding turns, winding start position, winding width, soft stop, inter layer stop, spindle locking and many more. The machine comes with the facility to wind two coils on a single spindle. This product serves application for winding power transformers, welding transformers, distribution transformers, etc.
