CNC Winders

Ajita Services offers CNC Winders. These are controllers that can be used for automatic winding of enamelled copper wire, yarn or thread on a bobbin. The parameters to be fed into the controllers are the diameter of the wire, the width of the bobbin, the position of the bobbin, the number of turns and mode of operation to suit different applications. The controllers automatically winds, the transverse movement maintaining a correct relationship with the spindle speed and the diameter of the wire being wound so that good layering takes place. The maximum spindle could be 2500 RPM and the maximum traverse speed could five times the pitch of the lead screw per second. These controllers can also be retrofitted to the manually operated machines.
