Ajita Services offers single axis controller, Ajay 2002. This is a microprocessor based CNC with many features, which makes its application wide and varied. The features include: single axis closed or open loop control with spindle option; machine parameter entry and PLC programming with the same keyboard of the controller. input/output expandable in steps of 16/8 (I/O); large sizes 16 x 2 LCD display; feedback division programmable; can be interfaced to machines with rotary or linear table; and spindle axis with closed or open loop control. The above features make it applicable in SPMs, shearing and bending machines, rotary and linear welding machines, gantry loaders, paper cutting, packing machines, grinding machines, etc.
