CNC Spring Coiling Machines

Das Precision Machine Tools offers CNC Spring Coiling Machines. It is fully automatic. It is provided with automatic wire decoiler. It is available for three different ranges of wire diameter, viz, from 0.2 to 0.8 mm, 0.5 to 2.0 mm and 1.0 to 3.5 mm. The decoilers manufactured have infinitely variable decoiling speed (5 to 60 RPM) and a unique facility of decoiling whenever required. Decoilers also have a facility of tripping the machine and decoiler in case of any hindrance or entanglement of wire and are available for various capacities raging from 25 to 1000 kg. Automatic segment type spring coiling machines are also manufactured.
