Automatic Capacitor Winding Machine

B N Hi-Tech Machines offers automatic capacitor winding machine, a motorised wind ing machine with three variable speeds which can be programmed easily and individually. The speed of the winding is adjustable to provide proper ramp for slow start and finishing of winding, and fast wind ing to achieve high and accurate productivity of the machine. The machine is available in different models, to suit different type of capacitor winding, ie, electrolytic capacitors, which consist of paper and foil winding, and metallised film capacitors, consisting of metallised film winding. Automatic cutting and sealing of wound coil edge and auto pneumatic ejection of the film can also be accommodated as per the requirement.
