B N Hi-Tech offers Automatic Flux Feeders. These are designed specially for the treatment of bulk quantities of molten aluminium. These are applied to any bulk melting situation and is designed for application in the primary and secondary field of the aluminium industry. The flux injection process is highly efficient means of degassing and cleaning molten aluminium, which provides a number of benefits to the user. The major components of the injection machines are: Hopper to hold the flux powder; rotating motorised table, which feeds a constant amount of flux; mixing chamber where the flux is mixed with the nitrogen; hose and lance assembly to carry the flux/nitrogen mixture under the metal surface; 240 V AC electrical supply to power the feeder and control equipment.
