- High quality non-aging, cold rolled grain oriented high permeability silicon steel with thickness as low as 0.27 are used for transformers.
- Precision cut to close tolerance using modern equipment to eliminate burrs and resulting minimum loss.
- Mitre cut, stepped core construction for optimum emergency efficiency.
- Windings are Class “Aâ€.
- For Insulation craft paper are used.
- Compressed paper based material are used for cylinder, spacers,ducts.
- Mechanically robust to cater unforcing forces during short circuit condition.
- Enclosure is made from sheet steel with a lifting arrangement on both sides.
