Available capacity: 25 VA ,50 VA and 100VA single or three phase, 50Hz/60 Hz.
- Windings: Coils are wound from precision automatic
machine to ensure quality Winding and to achieve proper ratio error and phase
angle error .
Core lamination: Usually using 0.27mm to 0.3mm silicon steel with high permeability to ensure minimum core loss and no load current. - Insulation: The bobbin, inter layer insulation and inter winding insulation are high quality insulation like nomex paper,film, fiber glass based material, resi glass tape etc.The high quality impregnating varnishes are used for vacuum impregnation (VPI) of coils .
- Clamping: Assembled Cores are fixed with box clamp/aluminum angle etc. to avoid noise and mechanical breakage.
- Terminal: Stud type terminals are used for termination of leads to ensure good connection.
- Terminal Board: All terminals are terminated in a fibre glass based board and this board are shrouded by transparent acrylic sheet to protect terminals from forign objects and mechanical damage.
