These are made with high grade, cold rolled grain oriented, silicon steel toroidal cores for reliable and consistent performances. The specifications are as under. Tape insulated current transformers with wound primary are available for metering or protection application. The specifications are as under. Primary rating: 1 A to 150 A; Secondry rating - 1 A or 5 A; Burden in VA - 1, 2.5, 3.75, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 and 60; Class of accuracy - Metering - 0.5, 1.0, 3,0, 5.0; Protection - 5P, 10P, 15P; ALF-Protection - 5, 10, 15, 20; ISF-Metering - less than 5; Special rating as well as multi core, multi ratio CTs can be offered; STC - as per customer's requirement; and, primary terminals - stud type/bar type.
