Level Switch, Miniature Type

Cristal Instruments offers a compact and reliable low-cost Miniature type Level Switch suitable for side mounting in small tanks and containers. This switch, Model CLS-M-200, can be used for a wide range of liquids. The stem of the assembly contains a hermetically sealed reed switch completely isolated from liquid medium. The float contains a permanent magnet. As the float rises or falls with the level of the liquid, the reed switch is activated by the magnet. The switch can be used either as NO or NC based on the use. The switch rating is 15 W standard. Wetted parts of SS-316/PP are offered. Mounting connection is ¼” BSP male with lock nut is standard. The switch is suitable for operation in maximum temperature of up to 150°C and pressure of 2 kg/cm². The miniature type level switch is also available for vertical mounting. Typical applications of these switches are in automatic vending machines, photocopiers, small collection tanks, miniature pumping stations, pilot plants and similar small system applications. For boiler and other heavy-duty applications, other standard models with weather-proof/flame-proof construction are also available at short notice.
