- Elements wound with superior quality zinc alloy heavy edge metallised polypropylene film – same as being used by reputed capacitor manufacturers world over
- The elements are wound on imported state-of-the-art new generation fully automatic numerically controlled winding machine, and hence no corona discharge or ionisation
- All other inputs from reputed international/indigenous suppliers
- Self-healing type, no corona discharge or ionisation
- Very low watt loss of <0.2 W/kVAr (<0.65 W/kvar with inductor coil)
- Low temperature rise, excellent thermal stability
- Inrush and transient current control for capacitors of higher ratings using inductor coils
- Higher ratings terminated at brass bolts made out of electrical grade brass ensures lowest contact losses and temperature rise
- Housed in CRCA sheet steel enclosure, fully metal treated and powder coated for that extraordinary dual tone finish and corrosion-free long life
- Capacitor elements with over pressure cut-off device
- Discharge resistors – high quality resistors for reliable long life operation, fitted to reduce capacitor residual voltage to a safe level of 50 V within one minute
- Unbreakable DMC bushings with self-extinguishing and anti tracking properties
- Manufacturing unit accredited with ISO certification
