Shogini Technoarts is an ISO 9001-2008 certified and UL approved manufacturer of Printed Circuit Boards, based in Pune. The company has a well established manufacturing plant of 20,000 sq.m built-up area for production and a separate plant measuring 6000 sq.m area for ‘Quick Turn Around’ Proto-shop. With state-of-the-art technology, it produces PCBs from single side to eight layers with total annual production capacity of 200,000 sq.mtr. Apart from conventional tin lead HAL finish, the company also offers RoHS complaint boards with lead free HAL immersion Gold (ENIG) and OSP finish. It also has facility to provide selective hard Gold, conductive carbon printing and peelable mask. Its Quality Control section has universal BBT machines, flying probes, AOI, micro-sectioning unit and other standard equipments. The production area is well equipped with machines like – CNC drilling/routing/V-score, automatic plating lines, dust free and humidity controlled imaging sections, etc. The company supplies PCBs all over India to many satisfied clients and also exports to USA and Europe. The main market segments are – telecommunication, automotive, power electronics, process control and computer peripherals.
