Use of high power LEDs is growing in lighting industry because of substantial power saving and long life. Metal clad PCBs play very important role in ‘heat transfer management’ to keep LED temperature under control and increase LED life. The company manufactures MC PCBs for street lights, high mast lights, tube lights, down lights, LED bulbs, etc. Aluminium based copper clad laminates with special dielectric layers having high heat transfer capacity are used in MC PCBs. Dielectrics with various thermal conductivity values ranging from 1 to 3.0 W/mK are used as per thermal management requirements. All MC laminates used by Shogini are UL approved. Vast experience in PCB manufacturing, excellent infrastructure and consistent quality records are major strengths of the company. It has set up separate facility to manufacture MC PCBs, which is well equipped to produce high quality MC PCBs from prototypes to large scale production as per customer requirements.
