Powder Protection Unit

Chemietron Associates offers a powder protection unit – HPU unit with vertical flow and recirculation, for high degree of product, environment and operator protection. Features and benefits: no cross contamination, no risk of inhalation of powders, vertical laminar air flow, available with different filter types, PVC curtain or acrylic/glass around the working area, and easy to clean, easy HEPA filter exchange from underneath the unit. The unit eliminates powder contamination to protect the operator and the surrounding environment. It is designed to handle powder under aseptic conditions for optimal GMP. HPU is as a standard delivered with 2 legs but can be supplied with suspension chains if more suitable for the room design and operator comfort. Specifications: the HPU unit is equipped with pre filter HEPA filter and charcoal filter when working with vapours, high efficient centrifugal fan, side walls of PVC curtain or acrylic/glass, and the control panel is equipped with push buttons for light, operation and hour counter.
