Power/Harmonics Analyser

Emcom Instruments offers a power harmonics analyzer, Model MI 2092. This is an ultimate 3-phase multifunctional, portable instrument for complete measuring, recording and analysing power distribution system from Metrel, a Europe-based company. It features three fully differential channels with display range 10-550 V RMS and is capable of performing complete voltage and current harmonic analysis up to 63rd harmonic in spectrum function. All measuring parameters, computed and displayed quantities can be viewed in different display formats, viz, scope, meter, spectrum. Scope function allows voltage and current waveforms to be displayed. Many amplitude ranges provide a clear view of the waveform. Meter menu provides full information on the basic measured parameters. Accurate energy measurement is possible with separate registers for total, sub-total and last integration period. Configuration menu is available for setting measuring method, integration period, current scaling factor, selection of signals that have to be measured etc. This feature allows optimized use of memory. Stored data can be transferred on-line to a PC via an opto-isolated RS-232 interface using `Power Link PC Analysis and Control' software package that comes with the instrument.
