MetraHit digital multimeters from Gossen-Metrawatt-Camille Bauer, Switzerland, represent the latest, perfect multimeter measuring technology for all applications, which use versatile, futuristic, user-friendly and economical. The multimeters have an automatic blocking system (ABS) that prevents incorrect connection of measuring leads and incorrect settings of the function switch. With AC and composite quanfifies, true RMS measurement poses no problem regardless of the waveform. Minimum and maximum values including the time of their occurrence can be automatically acquired and stored. The advanced design offers contact-safe connection technique, high degree of electrical safety and complete magnetic and electrical shielding. Auto or manual ranging is possible. MetraHit models can be fitted with RS 232 interface with infrared transmission which when connected to a PC with the relevant software MetraWin 10 forms a powerful data acquisition system. Multiple multimeters can be connected to MetraWin 10 for data logging, display and processing of measured data.
