M R K Engineers offers an electronic phase preventer. Burning of motor is very common these days due to a number of reasons like single phasing, low/high voltages, reverse phasing, phase imbalances, overloading, temperature rise, jamming of ball bearings, improper assembly of motor and temperature rise of motors. The electronic phase preventer protects the burnout of motor against reverse phasing, phase imbalance and single phasing. The relay in the unit automatically trips when its senses a fault. The negative sequence current generated due to phase failure/reverse phasing/voltage imbalance results in the electronic circuit being activated. If the fault persists for more than 2 to 3 seconds the relay is de-energised, which operates the circuit breakers. The device can be easily mounted in DIN rail standard 35 mm channels with suitable screw.
