Anchor Load Cells
The anchor load cells are of through hole design. This gives them exceptional stability and versatility in different applications with proper top and bottom plates they can be used in any application where large compressive loads are encountered. The cell comprises of a hollow cylinder to which strain gauges are bonded in a double bridge configuration for temperature compensation, sensitivity and for non-uniform loads. The cell is provided with a round metallic connector socket with a protective cover. The load cells are protected against moisture intrusion and are splash proof. These are recommended excitation of 12 V AC/DC and maximum excitation of 18 V AC/DC, output resistance of 350 ohms and insulation resistance of 1000 Mohm. The main features include SS construction, 1 lakh kg full bridge (double bridge optional), centre hole type, 1.25 mV/V nominal, rugged design, hermetic seal, etc. Top and bottom load plates are provided optionally.
