Premier Controls offers a range of semiconductor components from Semikron, a company known for developing innovative future-oriented technology such as its innovative spring contact system or the first 100% solder-free power module. In addition to standard semiconductor components, Semikron also develops customer-specific systems and solutions. It offers Semitop® 3 Mosfet Module, SK80MBBB055. This is an electrostatic discharge sensitive device (ESDS), international standard IEC 60747-1, Chapter IX. Features: compact design; one screw mounting; heat transfer and isolation through direct copper bonding aluminium oxide ceramic (DBC); trench gate technology; and short internal connections and low inductance case. Typical applications: low power SMPS; EV vehicles, etc.
